Arrival & departure at the hotel

Rooms are available for you from 14:00 on the day you are due to arrive and until 10:00 on the day you are due to depart. Your hotel services start on the day you are due to arrive at 14:00 and finish with breakfast on the day you are due to depart.

Reservation, deposit & cancellation terms

You have the option to confirm your reservation via bank transfer (fee-free with IBAN and BIC within Europe). Any bank fees payable are to be borne by the contract partner (guest).

The  deposit amount depends on the duration of stay. In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, the room price will be charged, minus meals.

Rescission of the accommodation contract by the contractual partner (guest) can only be effected in writing – Cancellation fees. Up to 1 month at the latest before the guest's agreed arrival day the accommodation contract can be dissolved  without payment of a cancellation fee (subject to handling fees and/or possible bank fees in the event of reverse transfer of the deposit) by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual parties. Outside this time-frame, rescission by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual parties is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

      • Up to 30 days before arrival: free
      • 29 to 14 days: 30%
      • 13 to 7 days: 50%
      • 6 days before arrival: 90%
      • Non-arrival / No Show: 100%

Cancellation of individuals: Should individuals in the travelling party cancel, the cost of the full stay will be charged, minus any charges for meals. Should individuals in the travel party only cancel on the day of arrival, this is regarded as a  no-show. The cancellation fee for that person is to be borne by the remaining contracting partners (guests) upon departure and cannot be forwarded at a later time.

Cancellation of individual rooms in group reservations: the contractual partner (guest) is solely the contact who  effected the reservation and/or the deposit. The cancellation charge is to be settled by that contracting partner (guest) before departure.

Payment

Outstanding payments, package and ancillary costs for food and drink must be settled upon departure. Unfortunately we are not able to issue customer invoices..

We accept the following payment methods for your bill:

  • MASTER
  • VISA
  • MAESTRO
  • Debit card (with pin code)

  • or cash (Euros).

Please note any daily limits on your cards. Pre-check-out for early departure times (before 07:30) is available the evening before.
